DFMEA Starter Pack
This course provides the methodological and practical foundations to correctly apply Design FMEA as a risk prevention tool in the product development phase. Aligned with the AIAG-VDA harmonized manual and its 7-step structured approach, it covers product structure analysis, functional mapping, failure mode and cause identification, through to risk evaluation using Action Priority (AP). The course also addresses the use of digital tools and AI-based solutions to support the analysis.
Who it's for
- Design Engineers, Technical Office Managers, and Technical Directors
- Product Managers and Design Quality Managers
- Anyone who wants to apply the FMEA methodology according to the AIAG-VDA manual and leverage AI in risk management
Course highlights
