PFMEA Starter Pack
This course provides the methodological and practical foundations to correctly apply Process FMEA as a risk prevention tool in manufacturing and assembly processes. Aligned with the AIAG-VDA harmonized manual and its 7-step approach, it covers process structure analysis, operational function definition, process failure mode and cause identification, through to evaluation using Action Priority (AP). The course also clarifies the correct relationship between DFMEA and PFMEA within the product development and industrialization flow.
Who it's for
- Production Managers, Process Engineers, and Project Managers
