Method
Learning by doing, on real cases
Each module alternates essential theory, guided exercises, and review of team outputs.
Context
Every activity starts from a concrete context — for example a component, an assembly, or a manufacturing process step.
Realistic information is provided (requirements, functions, constraints, quality data).
This helps participants connect FMEA methodology to actual business needs: quality, reliability, and defect reduction.
Execution
Each session includes structured hands-on work (labs) during which participants produce concrete deliverables.
These outputs are reviewed together with the instructor, with targeted feedback on analysis completeness, accuracy of evaluations, and quality of proposed actions.
Transfer
The final focus is on transferring skills to participants' own work context.
This reduces the gap between training and practical application, allowing value to be generated already during or immediately after the course.
